My friends;

I shamefacedly come before you here today, to offer my most sincere and 
hearfelt apology.  I don't know what came over me.  I don't know how I could have 
been so weak, but on Saturday I went out to dinner with my wife, and, again, I 
don't know how or why, but that sandwich menu wasn't cutting it for me, and so 
I...I...sob, sob...I ordered the blackened grouper with red pepper coulis.  I 
ate it.   l liked it.  Oh, the humanity.

p.s.  What has this list done to me?  I used to be able to eat seafood of any 
type whatsoever without a shred of remorse or the mildest stirring of 
conscience.  Now I'm shedding tears over fish flesh!   Sob! Sob!

p.p.s.  Good enough for me and Groosagi McGee...
