Those scams are also spam, and there is a govt agency that collects spam.
Forward a copy of your spams to uce at ftc.gov  (uce= unwanted commercial
email) they won't reply and I don't know if they will *DO* anything about
it, but they are collecting it for at least statistical purposes. Rick
