[Groop]art for sale & a question for M.E.

Whilst browsing around looking for info on Bill Sienkiewicz (Elektra
Assassin, Stray Toasters etc etc...)   I came across this site which is
selling p.7 of Fanboy #3 for $175.00

pretty reasonable.....

Having never bought comic book art before... can anyone tell me if the
prices these guys are looking to achieve for Elektra Assassin pages is
realistic at $400-$600 single page to $1500 for a double or is this simply
speculative ?
