I don't think that was common knowledge; I mentioned the number of tax folks
in Groop to Gary a while back, and he pretty much dismissed the notion;
ahah!  [he also failed to mention M.E.'s tax 'lineage', if he did know about
it.  ;0 ]

And, just for kicks - anyone know why Tax is relevant to this [Austin]
thread?

oh, OK, I know our attention span better than that:
A: there's a major IRS "service" center there...
