 send a thirteen year old you know and trust in the library, holding the
book to their chests, to request more adult books in the teen section. have
them show the most effective panel. You could be responsible for them having
to define a clear policy on what passes for 'teen'. It a shame, but if an
adult shows them the graphic novel and requests a change, the best one could
hope for is a desicion on that one particular case. If a child (teen) does
the same, every law-fearing employee wets their pants. I have the voice of
experience. I have been a child for decades. kind of makes you wonder what
else might be in the 'teen' section.
