  Yeah, but prior to 9/11 social convention essentially prevented anyone from taking action in a potentially threatening situation.  NOW,  if 5 out of 85 passengers try to take over a plane, they'll have to deal with 80 other passengers.  And I don't think a few box cutters will stop their combined efforts.  

  On the other subject, well, I'm just glad we HAVE libraries and I'm glad they have material that may be objectionable to some or inappropriate to some age groups.  The alternative is scary. 

  And what we REALLY need is many Groo books in every library.  And on every airplanes too (so we will all have something fun to read while the stewardess is explaining how to use the oxygen mask.)  -Gary "Bottle water is currently subject to sales tax" Grossmann
