Hi Folks!

Well, yes, I have it.  It is actually the very first Spanish Groo and
reprints the first one and one-half Epic Comics. (1-12 reprinted 1-17!?!)
The "Groonan" title was a play on words with "Conan," who was pretty much at
his peak of his popularity in 1987 when the book came out.   Vagabundo means
"vagabond", of course, while "Errante" is pretty much a straight translation
of "Wanderer" in both Spanish & Portuguese.  I guess they  thought
"Vagabond" was funnier.

Good News!!  I got the word that the decks of cards will be coming my way
very soon.  Still no concrete word on the Disabled Services booklet.  But I
am nothing if not persistent.  (Which translated in Spanish, Portuguese, and
English  has been known to mean "pain in the ass").

PS  Finally got a chance to see "Hellboy."  I really liked it.  Not being a
regular reader (yet), although I have always been intrigued by the concept,
it was interesting to learn from the "extras" on the DVD that alot of the
things The Long Suffering Mrs. G. and I liked, such as the romance, were the
ideas of the director, but that Mike Mignola embraced them.  Anywho, I
enjoyed it a lot and the ending was really great.

PPS  Plus it was really entertaining the next day when my pastor asked what
we did the previous evening and I said, "Oh, we watched 'Hellboy.""   The
look on his face...
