Hi,
Larry is probably right, however, the page looks like it was ripped from an 
oversized art pad, so it is possible that it was a quick sketch.  People both 
misrepresent and fully advertise their intentions, many dealers, which this 
person appears to be, judging from his ebay auctions, get sketches done and buy 
them for resale, at a different convention, store, ebay, or even trade.  So, it 
is difficult to state with certainty what the origin of the sketch is.  Scott
