We sorta did this a few years ago during our world domination scheme.  I 
think I planned to defend or attack (if I were Groo, I could do both)  
part of the Great White North;   the part next to the O.  I'm from near 
the middle of Saskatchewan,  just now recovering from -44 Celsius.  An 
Aussie chat pal asked how people could possibly live with weather like 
that.  One reason is,  for 6 months:  no mosquitoes. (or bees or 
yellowjackets)
