Well, my wife just stopped me from stopping that train.  She used some sort 
of visual demonstration.  Holding an egg, she said, "this is your brain.  This 
is your brain after trying to stop a train.  Any questions?"  

I won't go into the messy details of the demonstration because of her props, 
but lets just say she pre-made breakfast for me tomorrow.

Although you must admit, Groo would have been proud of what I would have 
accomplished.
