[Groop] New Groo Series

>From what I read in the most recent issue of the Comic Reader (Paul Levitz editing), the new Groo series will be published by the "new" Marvel.  As with the Epic days, Mark retains the copyrights to Groo and Sergio retains the copyrights to mulch.  

However, it's not the Groo we normally think of, as this Groo will be part of the Ultimate universe.  The first issue has Groo killing every previous character in the Ultimate universe.  The following issues will be filled with nothing but letters of gratitude.
