I agree with everything Greg & Larry said.  And the debate is not about
whether anyone is harmed or makes money, it's about Mark & Sergio's
EXCLUSIVE right to decide when and how Groo is published.  And there just
isn't any room for debate on this point.  
 
As to the other things Seth brings up, the recording industry is analogous.
You shouldn't tape music and give it to friends or accept them.  Eric is
probably the only one who hasn't violated this somewhere along the line.
But that doesn't mean it's OK and the idea of doing something simlar to
friends like Sergio & Mark only brings home the fact that it's wrong.  
 
Television is a whole different ball game.  That's apples an oranges,
although less so with movies and MTV.
 
e-mail accounts and the like are non sequitors.  And how in the heck did the
post office get into this?  That's not apples and oranges, that's warm pork
and mulch!

Perhaps.  I have an email account from Yahoo and I pay nothing.

And I hope you've never dubbed a cassette tape from a friend... or made a
mix tape you've given to a friend... or made a mix CD.  Surely you've never
taped anything off the television and... fast forwarded through the
commercials - an act that hurts MY pocketbook.

Hmmm?
