[Groop] Getting Old Groop Back

Holy Cheese Dip, Groop!  What happened here?

Seen maybe one or two messages a night almost every night for the past 
several years.  So I leave town for four days expecting to come back and find maybe 
ten messages.  I get back and you've sent me EIGHTY?!  WOW!  The most lively 
discussion on the Groop in recent memory and I missed it.  You planned it this 
way, didn't you?  You waited for me to leave town and then had your little 
roundtable.

I haven't seen this dramatic a jump in a mailing list's activities since 
someone one the Trombone mailing list opened up a discussion of the merits of 
different slide lubricants.  Once we got into the homemade vs commerically bought 
argument.....well, I'm sure I don't need to tell you -- the gloves came off!

I'll be out of town from this Sunday until Friday.  I expect there to be over 
200 Groo-filled messages in my inbox when I get back (and yes, I figure about 
100 of those to come from Larry, Gary, and Janet).

Make me proud Groop.  If you're good, I'll give you my two cents.  If you're 
bad, I might regale you with the tale of why I was thrown out of a testing 
facility today because my name isn't Joanne.
