In four years of San Diego Comic Cons I've never yet
managed to actually hit EVERY booth, so put that idea
right out of your head!

You'll have compromises and regrets aplenty, but
they'll be soooo outweighed by the fun you're having
that it'll much more than balance out! I know you're
going to want to do SG-1 BADLY, but damn you've GOTTA
hit Quickdraw. too bad they don't make a Reality-Tivo!

I usually plan out my panel wish list in advance and
then make the hard choices the night before. You may
just find yourself having so much fun on the floor
that you may decide to blow off a must-see panel, too.

Oh, and hit as many of Mark's panels as possible,
you'll understand why once you've been to a few of
them.

Plan to split up with Elie, plan your rendezvous back
together, but realize you WILL miss each other and
often. You get held up, and it can take forever to
navigate the 4-color jungle!

Check out POVonline for Mark's convention tips,
they're a fun and useful read, even if YOU don't need
to be reminded to bathe...

"What I never understood to this day, to this very day, was how white people could have black people cook for them, make their meals, but wouldn't let them sit at the table with them," he said. "How can you dislike someone so much and have them cook for you? Shoot, if I don't like someone you ain't cooking nothing for me, ever." -Ray Charles, 1930-2004
