Dear Mark,
Maybe I am a spaz, but you would not believe how excited I was to see you, Mark Evanier, reply to a question I posted to the groop. I pulled my girlfriend over to the screen and pointed out to her what you wrote, she was like, "So who's that guy?" I ended up pulling out all my old groo comics and explaining to her just how fond I was to have a comic like Groo growing up. And how you guys made us the readers feel like we were part of the group, so to speak. It was like a big family. It was nice to feel like I was in on the joke, instead of being the joke. I am sure you have gotten so much praise for what you guys have done with that comic, but let me thank you for all that you have given me by what YOU did on that comic. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Hours and hours of enjoyment you have given. I could go on and on pointing out how thw Groo comics weren't like any other, but I'm guessing that anyone reading this post knows exactly what I'm talking about. So, on to what I r
eally
wanted to ask:
For some time now I have been trying to fill the holes in my Groo comics collection. What do you recommend is the best place to contact for someone who has a genuine love for this specific brand of comic book? I have gotten many comics from eBay, but alot of times, the comics aren't in the best condition. Is there any one place that is better than another, and if so, is it possible to order them through the internet. I live in the Detroit Metropolitan area in Michigan and there isn't really any good dealers around my area. Can you help, or anyone else reading this? I appreciate any feedback you have. Thanks again, and I'm looking forward to any new stuff you guys do with Groo as a central figure. Thanks again, Bryan Gooding
P.S. Just a quick question Mark, What exactly is "mulching"?
