Ive never heard of it, thanks for the info.
Speaking of Enrique Breccia...today they release Swamp Thing #1, of interest
to me only because it is being written by Andy Diggle (who is writing The
Losers, which I am enjoying greatly), and the art is by....you guessed it,
Enrique Breccia. Im not familiar with his art but will be once i purchase
Swamp Thing.

There is an Argentinean comic book (graphic novel) called The Dreamer ( not
an accuarte translation for El Sueñero), by Enrique Breccia. I guess from
what I heard of Fables that it has a little of a reminiscence. This is a
story of a sailor, that hunts mythical creatures to sell to a circus. And it
all gets weirder and weirder with the passing pages. The art is excellent, a
little dark, and the whole book has some comedy. I really like it, and that
is the type of comic books / graphic novels that i buy and read besides
Groo, of course. It is probably rated R in this country.
Enrique Breccia comes from a family of comic artists. His father, the late
Alberto Breccia was one of the pioneers of "historietas" in Argentina. His
style is different from anything else, each little "frame" of his comics is
a painting on its own. For a sample of his work:

are also a well known artist in Argentina. There is a comics school in
Argentina founded and run by the Breccias, and the students publish a little
magazine that is generally really good.

I don't know what is available in English. Alberto Breccia has some "mute"
comic books that are really good also.
