There's still a fee, if Gary has a premier account (or a business account). 
No fee if it's a personal account, but those can't accept credit cards and they 
have a $ limit.

A way to get around the $ limit, is to indicate that you are making payment 
for a SERVICE, rather than goods.... Still can't use CC, though.
