[Groop] Groo movie animation style...

Hey!

So, this weekend I saw this weird animated Hong Kong movie "McDull, Prince
de la Bun", and although it was kind of weird and I don't know if I really
recommend it, I thought the animation style could really work well for the
Groo movie (assuming it ends up being animated)!

It was basically (very realistic) 3-D computer graphics backgrounds with
(very cartoony) 2-D characters living in them, and it came off really
well! I sort of thought it'd be perfect for the Groo movie because the
characters could all be done in Sergio's style but the world could be a CG
one, which would hopefully still appeal to what movie goers have come to
expect out of animated movies these day, while still keeping it "true" to
the comic book and Sergio's art. Anyway, here's a trailer of it I found on
the web:

(you don't actually get a good view of any of the CG stuff until about 49
seconds in though).

Anyway, I don't know if that's what Mark + Sergio were already thinking
or not, or whatever, but I just wanted to share!

josh!
