Some weird things come to mind when one is waiting in line at the 
grocery store.  I haven't heard anyone address the issue of how the 
competition for parking spaces at the San Diego Convention Center went. 
Last time I checked, Petco Park next door was advertising "Convenient 
parking at the Convention Center for Padres games."  Was parking about 
the same as previous cons, or did the stadium complicate matters worse 
than they usually are?
