What an original Aragones goes for these days...Do you have a spare kidney?

Kidding. I don't think Sergio takes internal organs. Perhaps you could
inquire about firstborn children (I tried this once at a con with a
different artist whose name escapes me at the moment. He said he had
bad luck with his firstborn, so he only takes payment in secondborn or
later). I digress.

I'm not sure what Sergio does about commissions, but he usually does
have some original artwork for sale at his table. Maybe someone who saw
him more recently than I (I'm looking at you, people who are recovering
from San Diego) could give a better idea of pricing, but I seem to
recall the original art starting at around $150 for a b&w of a single
character. If you're looking for color, multiple characters, or
something larger in size, expect to pay considerably more (I seem to
recall the group shots with color going for $500+). Whatever you pay,
owning an original Aragones is more than worth it.

Someone with firsthand knowledge can fill in the official line on sale
of original Groo pages. It is my impression that it can be summed up
as: don't hold your breath, but start applying for that second mortgage.
