Mulching...inbred fertilization...animal sediment...blanket an area 
where vegetation is desired...stimulated plant 
development...erosion...decreasing evaporation of moisture from the 
ground...

Nope, nothing in there about burning next to the freeway.  Hey, wouldn't 
"smoking pile of mulch" make an excellent insult?
