[Groop] Groo in the Education System

It is with great pride that I tell you the following story:

My seven-year old daughter needed to log a few extra books for her weekly 
"reading log" for school.  She had already exhausted her chapter books as 
well as my entire Dr. Suess collection so she asked me if she could put down 
another one of her favorite stories:  "The Life Of Groo".  "Certainly!" I 
said, (did I err?) and we pulled a whole bunch of them out of the plastic to 
read.
She has since supplemented several of her reading logs with the tales of 
Groo.  Most recently she read "The Ambassador" and "The Witches of Brujas", 
which are two new favorites of hers.
It's weird to see Groo scribbled in her handwriting next to "The Magic 
Treehouse" series of chapter books  but as my mum used to say, "Reading is 
reading" . . .
