Okay, many things prevented me from sending this out a LOT sooner besides my
typical procrastination. My count is by no means the comprehensive as we've
all suffered from not receiving e-mails from time to time and I delete
duplicates and the "unsubscribe me" e-mails. I may have also missed some
numbers as the display name for people changes throughout the year (or is
from two different addresses).
Total Groop Messages Received by Charles in 2004 - 1743 (up from 1683 in
2003)
Top 5 Posters from 2004:
2 - Larry Stellar (133)
5 - Seth (GrooPunk) (79)
3 - Eric Chun (99)
1 - Gary Grossman (186) - is ANYONE surprised by this?
4 - Janet & Elie (79+19=98)
Mark made it in the top 11 with 33 messages, I was right after him with 28
(which surprised me). People with the name Chris (Schechner & Emmett) were
6 & 7 respectively followed by Azamin & another Chris (Haxton). Kaytee is a
10, at least on the list for 2004 she is.
I hope all is well with everyone else listening/reading and I'm sure you'll
hear from me at least once more this year - I don't hope to lurk TOO much.
Charles

There are just way too many people on this list named Chris. I think the
best thing for all us Chrises to do is to change our names to Stella! That
sounds like a reasonable solution.

Do you guys REEEALLY want to ERR that much?
Another solution would be to let Groo out of, ummm, whose basement was
he locked up in last, I can't remember? Can't be Gary's, because his
house is still standing, as are his various roofless sheds. Anyway, we
gingerly let him out and just tell him that people named Chris always
say he's a mendicant. THAT should whittle the number of Chrises on the
list WAAAAY down!
