Hi Folks!

Mark pretty much calls the shots on what is important enough/worth it/etc.
to prompt an e-mail from him to the seller or ebay.  Simply by one of us
posting something to the Groop, he's been made aware of it.  And I think he
knows the copy right laws as well as any attorney.

So he'll do one of the many things he does best...or decide it's not worth
the trouble.

(Meanwhile we can continue to laugh, point, and snicker at an inferior
rendition of Groo)

Maybe my copyright law info is off, but isn't this a pretty clear
infringement of both character's owner's rights?

It's not a good depiction of EITHER one... Yet it's not being sold as 'joe
bozo's original art'  - its using the copyrighted names to try to unload the
scribble....

I know eBay is lame about this, but they *did* finally shut down the guy
selling the scanned comics  (about a month after the auction]

years ago?

(to say nothing of the fact that they are very obvious it is not drawn by
Sergio)
