IMHO, I believe it is not illegal to create the poor quality replica of the 
characters in question.  What is illegal is selling it.  The sad thing is 
once the movie comes out, we'll be seeing alotta illegal, non licensed stuff 
out there.  Just say no!  What we need is another lot of high quality shirts 
and hats like my Rufferto polo shirt out there that is 100% authorized.  My 
poor rufferto shirt has so many holes in it, when I wear it in public, folks 
think I am a hobo.
