ME: No, I just have never been asked and Sergio hasn't been asked lately.

I've been out of the United States twice in my life, both times to comic 
conventions in Victoria, British Columbia.  My schedule next year is 
starting to get a bit crowded but I wouldn't mind going to Toronto some day.
