 "Groo, the Wanderer" was mentioned along with the whole gang of artisans who brought him to life in the letters page of the latest "Ultimate Spider-man." However, unless Groo made a far background appearance within the Ultimate Clone storyline, there was no visual of our cheesedip-eating warrior.

Second, Janet & Elie, I love your rings. They are perfect cuz after all, you are his Wonder Woman and he is your Superman.    OK, now down to business. I don't remember the last time I updated Groo Sightings, so some of these may be repeats. Little Groos can be found in the following Weekly Worlds News issues:    July 24 Vol. 27, #46 Page 31 August 7 Vol. 27, #48 Page 31 August 21 Vol. 27, #50 Page 31 September 25 Vol. 28, #3 Page 30 October 2 Vol. 28, #4 Page 30 October 16 Vol. 28, #6 Page 30 October 23 Vol. 28, #7 Page 30 December 25  Vol. 28, #16 Page 24    There are also some really really tiny and obscure Groo appearances in    MAD # 468 Page 38  MAD # 470 Page 27  MAD # 472 Page 54  MAD # 473 Page 40   And of course, as has already been pointed out, Groo is on the Stray Bullets Games Christmas card. I also found a Groo sighting I had previously not been aware of inn a publication called Everwinds #1 from August, 1997.    Anywho, hope everyone has a fun and safe New Years Eve.
