Pre-orders of the Classic Comic Book Characters Groo figure through
Diamond distributor (to your local comic shop) are over, at least for
the moment.

Sergio was taking donations for the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund
at his table.  At the end of the con, he dropped off the can of
donations at the CBLDF table.  While he was walking back, he
stopped to look at Bill Cole's table (you've heard of BCE Myler).  The
person at the table (Joe Costas?) recognizes Sergio and says his
friend George Karalias is a big fan of his.  Both of then say something
like, "Oh yeah, we know George."  Sergio remembered meeting
George in New York.
