[Groop] Back Issues #11

Hi Anil!

It's a comic magazine is called Back Issues (#11) and it's published by
TwoMorrows.

I am in the process of doing a complete Groo Inventory, which will of course
include an updated Official Unofficial Groo List. I've been bad about that
and I've been bad about keeping things organized around Groo Fandom Central.

The Groo Room, which has every issue of Groo on the walls (and which also
serves as a sewing room for my Mother-in-Law, the computer room, where I do
bills and stuff, the game room, the place where half my son and
daughter-in-law's belongings are stacked up/stored, and a spare bedroom) is
just a little bit hard to stay on top of and I have stuff stacked up that is
supposedly Groo or Sergio related and I don't know what the heck it is.
(Plus I gotta do something about all of these Weekly World News issues!)

So I am finally going through everything and when I get it sorted out, I'll
have an updated Groo List that I will be happy to send to you and anyone
else who wants it.

On that subject, I'm going to reevaluate some of the things that I put on
The List, or at least how I categorize them. I think I'm going to come up
with a new section of the list entitled "Non-Original Appearances of
Interest" or something like that because folks have (justifiably) found it
odd that I would include a drawing that had a teeny tiny Groo head on the
t-shirt of a guy in the 32nd row of a Sergio Crowd scene, and not include a
full page ad that was Groo cover art with added text because the art was not
an "original" appearance. I have to be careful about the parameters I set
or every reprint or preprint of covers and panels in catalogues and comic
encyclopedias would have to be includedon The List. Even I'm not that that
crazy!

And yes, I have a number of Groo drawings or posters with Groo on them in
tubes. I also have some on my walls and in my cubicle at work, but there is
only so much space...

Take care -Gary G.
