[Groop] IG-5 card

I have been notified by an unnamed source the the IG cards are the only Groo 
items that have increased in worth apparently.

Since I am working on obtaining the regular 153 card set I apparently can 
work a deal to get the price lowered a bit using my existing cards and 
especially with the IG card.

So I regrettfully am reneging on my previous offer until I figure out what's 
up.
