[Groop] Roll Call

[No Way]

I'll be there... amazingly.  In a rare moment of lucidity, I decided to volunteer at the Con... thus freeing up more cash to be spent on Sergio artwork (and the art of a few others, if I can track any down for less-than-obscene-prices... for Sergio, I'll pay the obscene prices :-P)  If there are plans to have the Groop together for a meal or three, keep us posted- I'd love to come and join the insanity.
   
  And I'll agree that Groo beating Death and coming face-to-face with the Dark Lord was a cool moment... but one of my all-time favourite Groo moments happens a little earlier in that mini-arc... Groo beating the Hydra by chopping off heads so fast it collapsed under the weight of all the new heads (the visual of the Hydra tipping over looking like a vicious broccoli will probably be with me until the day I die...)
   
  And the Groo Eclipse special goes down fine, especially in a Hollondaise sauce... the Epic-produced graphic novels were what got to me.  Something in the binding glue, I think...
