[Groop] Groo team add ins?

My list of running gags also contains the characters in each episode, 
including the cameos by SA,ME,TL,SS, Hanah Sakai, Usagi, Magnor, as well as 
Al Jaffee, Bill Gaines, and maybe others I can't remember right now.

Though there is one recurring character (not on my list) who I don't know 
who it is (probably someone from MAD magazine), but I haven't got time right 
now to find an issue where he is to point him out.  He's got wavy hair and a 
distinctively-shaped nose (No, it's not Groo... :P)
