[Groop] Oops... (also, what made... and continues to make... me love Groo)

Well... the 'why you love Groo' topic finally inspired me to un-lurk... which is impressive, as even the desire to teasingly condemn post padding had been resisted up 'til now (mind you, it wasn't too hard to resist, as said condemnation would have constituted post-padding in and of itself...).
However, as is my habit, I simply hit the 'reply' button, intending to retype the address to send it to the entire Groop before I sent it. As you may have guessed by now judging by the absence of any such post, I forgot to change the address, and wound up simply sending it to... in this case, Limosin (apparently all these years as a Groo fan has left me somewhat slow of mind... especially as I don't remember exactly what I wrote.) My apologies... er, sort of, Limosin, as you would've gotten it anyways if I'd sent it to the entire Groop...
Oh well- said ramblings were mostly a brief recounting of my first discovery of Groo (in a public library, no less... so much for library visits improving your mind...), and my continued fondness for it through Mark's wonderful prose (and slightly cracked poetry), Sergio's masterful draftsmanship, Tom Luth's vibrant colouration (honestly, if that were me, I'd wouldn't even colour the first few ranks... it would be Groo versus the monochrome armies), and Stan Sakai's ever-elegant caligraphy... and, of course, the joke. My fondness for fine art of the running gag is amply indulged by Groo's wanderings through his own private Grooniverse.
Oh... and, unfortunately I'm probably going to miss the annual Groop not-roadtrip this year... since hopefully I'll be at Groo-con this year, pestering editors with my work (and being a drooling fanboy in Sergio and Mark's general vicinity, should the opportunity present itself.).
Cheers,
David
P.S.- And, in keeping for my love of the running gag... what did I mean, slow of mind?
