[Groop] Two sets of Groo?

Hey fellow Groopies.  I've been a collector of Groo since issue #1 of the 
Marvel/Epic comic came out.  Recently I've got back into Groo to finish up 
my collection.  (Dark horse?  Hey now I can find a Destroyer Duck #1 and 
Starslayer #5.  This internet stuff is great for finding junk.)

Problem.  I want to keep all my good Groo comics in NM to VF condition but 
read the stories too.  Basically I want to have my cake and eat it too.  
Yeah, I know they have all the reprints out.  But I want to be able to read 
the letter pages of the originals and see the old ads and such as well.

I was considering of getting two complete collections of all Groos.  One for 
reading.  The other to keep.

Is anyone else crazy enough to do this?  Or am I the only one that slow of 
mind?
