So I am thinking of going to the San Diego Comic Convention next summer for 
the first time and I had a couple questions:

How much do entrance tickets cost?  Better to get daily or four day tickets 
if Im only going to go two days?

Is it better to buy in advance or at the door?

Are the line ups to buy tickets, register, or get in, obscene?

Is there any way to avoid entrance line ups?

I know many of you have gone before, so any advice you can give would be 
appreciated.

Also, if I go I hope to buy some original art from Sergio, either an 
original page or cover.
Any advice on how to carry the art while walking around, or keep it safe 
while travelling on the plane?
