Speaking of which, if I have time this weekend I'll get around to the
tally.  I still have to export the messages from my work system onto my
USB memory stick and bring them home, then import and count.  I still
have to clean up the lot next to mine so I can get some money back from
the developer of the land and generally unpack.  We'll see how it goes.
