Again, except for the one noted, if you use the drop down menu for all
destinations shipped to, only that one does not include others, i.e. the Us
or Worldwide - but as Andrew and you both correctly point out, most shippers
will send to the larger countries if contacted before bidding.  [I say
larger - as in the US, Britain, Australia, etc - where laws are enforced and
paypal or whoever operates.]  I've found Australia to US shipping quite
reasonable, esp. compared with UK to US, for example.

Regarding the Chronicles edition... yes it does say Australia only, but it
only takes 5 seconds to drop them a line & ask if they'll consider an
international buyer.

I've purchased a number of auctions from both the US & UK which were listed
as US or UK only. Most people are happy to oblige if you are serious - I've
never been knocked back (surely I'm not the only person here to have done
that???). And besides, they've had it listed for quite some time now, at
least a good 6 months... might even make a deal if you show some interest.
If worse comes to worse I'd be happy to act as a go between.

As for the price, whether it is worth it of not depends I guess on how badly
you want it & how long you're willing to wait to find another original copy
- or wait for the reprint.
