Well, he ended it. I did find a link to report an item, down at the 
bottom of the page. It says "Report this item" (duh), and from there one 
can select "Counterfeits and copyright violations" then "Bootlegs and 
counterfeit media" and finally "Backup movies, television programs, 
music, etc."

I don't know if that's effective at all, but just in case it comes up again.
