I hadn't planned on going, but now that I know about it, I might. Baltimore is just under 50 miles from me too.

Thank you so much for pointing out Sergio's upcoming Baltimore Comic Con visit, Yodazone!
Baltimore is only just about 50 miles away from me, so I could conceivably BIKE there! That would be awesome. I could bike over Friday night, arrive at to the convention center in the early morning, get on line before a lot of people show up, then finally see Sergio! Afterwards I GUESS I could walk around the con for a little while longer to check the rest of it out, eat a nice meal somewhere in Baltimore, then bike back home. Tickets for the Baltimore Con seem to only cost $15, so if I am biking down there I could save my money and buy up any Groo stuff I might not have yet.
Sergio also appears to be the keynote speaker for the Harvey Awards, so that should be pretty interesting too. The Baltimore comic con does not appear to have a floor plan or any suggestion of a lecture schedule. I just hope Sergio is not just going to be a keynote speaker, but will also have a table set up where I can definitely see him and thank him in person. I could potentially wait to get the Groo anniversary special and maybe even the first Hell on Earth issue, so Sergio could sign them for me. That would be awesome.
Does anyone know how they set things up at the Baltimore Con? Do ticket prices go up and do they ever sell out? Is there anyone in the Groop, who plans on going to the Baltimore Con?
Again thanks for the info Yodazone,
_TONE_
