OH MY GOD!
A new Groo hat!
That is awesome!
I have been keeping my eye out for any of the old Groo hats,
but we all know how difficult they are to come by.
Now perhaps one of my goals in life, owning a Groo hat, may
come true. :-)
.And Gary,
Aside from being sure everyone not going to the Con will
thank you for your kind deed of setting up hat orders for them, AND of
course the sheer shock of finding out a new Groo hat is being released,
I must say I am surprised by your carelessness and disregard. How could
you say the style/shape-type, color, and/or cost of the hats do not
matter?! Perhaps in all the immediate excitement over Groo you might not
have thought much further about the possibilities. For that I can
forgive you, but now please take a deep breath and relax because here is
another thought.
What if the hats come in multiple color and different
style/shape options! You clearly did not consider that, did you? :-)
Obviously if multiple styles and/or colors are available, then surely
cost might be an added issue as well!
Ok, now I must take a deep breath myself. Not knowing all
the potential info is nerve racking. Getting multiple hats in different
styles and colors might determine my financial situation for the rest of
the year! ;)
(Mark should definitely read this part),
Actually another thought (surprising since I am a Groo
reader) does come to mind. If I eventually have a Groo hat in my
possession and I already have Goo T-shirts and Groo fan card in my
wallet, then what about the lower half of my body? I do not think Sergio
and Mark will ever have Groo themed pants, shorts, or shoes produced.
This means no one can walk around fully decked out in Groo gear. :-( My
additional thought does have a solution though. Maybe Sergio and Mark
can have patches made. They would be fairly inexpensive to produce and
could be affixed onto numerous surfaces/materials by the purchaser
perhaps either by sewing, iron-on, or (my favorite, with additional
sewing to multiple articles of clothing) Velcro.
Having patches would be the ultimate because then you could
savor it along with the rest of your stored/secured collection while not
taking as much space as a shirt or hat, or you could of course also
stitch a patch to whatever favorite article of clothing you already own.
Later on, perhaps when the piece of clothing fades, rips, or is
outgrown, the patch could be removed and put onto a shirt, jacket, hat,
or bag etc. The possibilities are practically limitless. I seriously
think patches should be considered in the future! <hint cough hint cough
Mark cough>
:-)
Just my $0.02 (or maybe more if more Groo stuff is made for
me to spend my money on),
