[Groop] poster

Originally I bought my Groo poster when it first came out.
Right away I made sure to get it framed. in one of those fake-gold
plastic frames. :-) What can I say? I was just about a teenager by then
and did not have great taste or a great budget. It worked out well
though because the frame also served a dual purpose. Since I was
becoming a teenage boy at the time I had the bright idea to sneak one of
"those" fold-out posters from a "certain" magazine and taped it to the
back of the frame. This way when my parents were home it just looked
like it was a harmless Groo poster, but when they were away I could
simply twist the frame around and my room was pimpin'. :-)
Sadly enough though I can not seem to recall whatever
happened to that Groo poster or even the frame. For all I know my dad
may have found the "poster" and brought it to our house in Long Island.
For many years I missed my Groo poster and could not find a replacement.
Luckily I managed to make a deal with someone on eBay about a month or
two ago and bought a pretty-much pristine Groo poster for $45! This time
around there is no frame. For now I intend to keep it rolled up in
pristine condition and stored away with the rest of my collection until
a future date. No worries of a cheap frame or bad taste this time
around.
