[Groop] Groo DH promo Poster

            Gary just wrote about sending some of his extra copies of
the Dark Horse Insider with its included Groo promo poster insert to a
few of the members of the Groop. I think I may have started something
here because originally both Yodazone and I had been looking for that
poster and both saw the outrageous overpriced poster on eBay, which got
the two of us talking. Yodazone needed to find out some info in regards
to it, and I did not have an answer myself, so I simply asked our
resident expert. GARY of course. :-)
            One thing led to another and without me even asking, Gary in
fact offered to send me a copy of one of his extra Dark Horse Insiders,
to which I had the joking nerve to ask if he had an additional extra one
for me to send-on to Yodazone. Sure enough Gary does has a second extra
one for Yodazone, so from my understanding thus far, Gary will be
mailing me both of them, then I will keep one of them and use the
packaging to send the second one off to Yodazone.
            Right about now in the story is where I noticed Gary posting
to the Groop and offering to send yet even more of his extra copies to
some other Groopies. By now many of you know how generous Gary is, so
WITH RISK of putting Gary on an even higher pedestal, you probably will
not be surprised when I tell you Gary rejected offers from me to pay for
the Dark Horse Insider (even though I was willing) as well as offers
from me to at least pay for shipping.
 
            Seeing as how Gary is OBVIOUSLY WAY TOO nice, I think the
rest of us should band together at least a little and try to subvert
Gary's over-generosity. Knowing Gary, I think he will never accept
payment for the Dark Horse Insiders, considering he originally got them
for free. Who knows, maybe he even feels a bit guilty for possibly
hoarding them! ;) Although we all know his original intent was to
literally save them from just going to waste. possibly for future
generations. :-)
            Anyway, this is what I propose as my plot to subvert Gary
and his NICE ways. :-) Since Gary has agreed to send two of his extra
copies to me, which I initially proposed so as to at least save him
extra postage as well as save waste in packaging (I try to be a serious
recycler myself), the plan is for me to then send-on the second Dark
Horse Insider to Yodazone. BUT what if we as a Groop just gather a list
of Groop members, who want one of Gary's extra copies (as long as Gary's
excess inventory allows of course). From there Gary can send me all of
them, then I will take one and send the rest on to Yodazone. and from
then on each person down the list can take one and send-off the rest to
the next Groopie down the list. This way there is no where near as much
packaging waste (because we would each simply reuse the original stuff),
and Gary would not have to shell out as much on postage and thus avoid
all the extra hassles of shipping stuff at his expense to numerous
people.
            In the end Gary would still be his super generous self,
everyone who can get a wanted copy of the Dark Horse Insider would get
one, and all of us (I would think and hope) would feel a lot more united
as a GROOP rather than perhaps feeling so distant due to using this
box-interface we each have called a computer. :-)
            Oh. and I promise not to hoard all the Dark Horse Insider's
once I get them! ;) I think if I even tried Yodazone and Gary would hunt
me down anyway. However I can not vouch for Yodazone. ;) heh
 
            Here's the first and probably the biggest question though.
Uhm Gary, just how many extra Dark Horse Insiders with the included Groo
promo insert poster do you actually have???? LOL :-)
