[Groop] Volunteering at San Diego Comic-Con

The reason they didn't include parking underneath the expansion of the 
Convention Center is because the one underneath the original part due to the 
water table (remember, it is right next to the ocean) has to have pumps 
running 24/7 to not be inundated. So SCUBA gear would be an ironic comment 
on that situation...
