[Groop] Copyright question for Sergio and Mark

You can actually open an account in USD, EURO or Sterling, not sure on other 
currencies.
Of course you'd end up paying NZ taxes on any interest earned, problem would 
be US stores may not accept the card, mind you ATM's would in all likelihood 
accept it for cash withdrawals.

Will have to see if the bank will allow Sergio and Mark's permission to 
override the rules. My expectation is that even though I have permission 
they will still reject it for their own legal protection. Will keep you all 
posted anyways ...
