Some banks/other financial institutions in the US have similar options to use 
a personal photo on the cards they issue. Often they're through charities-- 
like ASPCA, which encourages you to put a picture of your pet on the card.... 
Perhaps we all could claim Rufferto as our dog? There is a fee for these, with 
the fee going to the charity, and sometimes a % of the interest collected.
 
Maybe the Comic Book Defense League could do something like this???
