Hi Folks!
Well, if we are really going to do a Groo Comic Exchange, I think the
simpler we keep it, the better. Folks can send me their extras and folks
can let me know what they are missing and we'll see how it all works out.
Postage: I'll just let each person known how much it cost to send them the
comics they get and they can deposit that amount, rounded up to the nearest
whole dollar into a paypal account. I should maybe set up a separate one.
Rounding up should cover the cost of the envelop, bag, board, and the amount
paypal charges for transfers.
Condition: I'm not big on condition. I couldn't tell you what mint is vs.
extra fine or that 9.6 grade stuff. But if everyone sends in comics that
they wouldn't mind receiving themselves that ought to take care of itself.
Also, rmember that Mark, via the dealer he's dealing with, will soon be
selling his mint condition Groo comics. This will probably be the best
place to find those later run Epics. Maybe we should consider snagging some
100-120's for the exchange. Everyone could contribute a buck or two.
Just some thoughts. -Gary G.
