  you had a chance to have lunch with M.E. and you let a little thing like already eating get in the way....

  I felt at that moment that once I said I ate already, I'd be a silly fanboy to backtrack and go to lunch again, "JUST" to hang out with him. 
   
  Actually, that's where I was wrong! 
   
  Really, if it was Gary, or Eric, or any of you guys, if it was a friend from home or whatever, I would have said "Yes, I've eaten but I'll go to lunch with you anyway" and no one woould have thought anything of it. So in that respect, NOT going to lunch with him was MORE of a silly fanboy thing to do. 
   
  See what happens when you worry too much about doing the "right" thing?
