There have been a number of Groo issues that Tom did not color. In the past
the reason was because he was doing something like coloring The Death of
Groo and didn't have time to color the monthly comic. An excellent colorist
(who was sometimes named Janice Cohen, but she kept changing it) did a few for
that reason. I hope the reason this time is because Tom has a gig that pays
more than two cents an hour. (Tom loves doing Groo, but all of Sergio's open
lines make digital coloring very time consuming)

Tom Luth is also the colorist for next week's release of Captain Carrot and
the Final Ark issue #1 with Scott Shaw! and Bill Morrison!!!
There is also a Sergio Aragones inspired character in the first issue!
Here's what Scott Shaw has mentioned about Sergio's appearance in the comic:
"CAPTAIN CARROT AND THE FINAL ARK No. 1 features a small role by
funny-animal cartoonist (literally!) -- Señor Sergio Antelopés!"

Maybe Tom's work on this series is why Hell on Earth is running teeny bit
late??? I don't mind the delays though....I'm still overdosing on the Groo
Double sized 25th Anniversary issue!!!!
