Hi Chad,

I think it's safe to assume that if you wanted rights to display, reproduce, 
and distribute Sergio's artwork for commercial gain, (as part of your product) 
he would at the very least charge you a licensing fee for those rights, and 
only if he approves of his work being used in such a fashion.

Ownership of artwork does equate to ownership of the copyright in the 
artwork.   So if you buy one of sergio's drawings, he still owns the copyright to 
that work unless otherwise agreed upon.

Gary, Happy Birthday.   I got my Groo stuff in the mail and am very happy.   
Thanks again for going the distance you do get us cool Groo stuff at amazing 
values.
