[Groop] CCI special "Mad"

I sent out copies on Friday to the four Groop members who requested  them. I 
have five left. Shipping in the US of A is $1.17... to Canada is $1.46.  They 
were sent 1st Class mail, so in theory, should arrive Monday or Tues,  barring 
accidents and natural disasters involving USPS facilities and  equipment.
 
Dougie-- if you're reading this... I have an extra copy of the 2008  
program/etc book-- your drawing is in it (at least one of them is...). It's  quite a 
bit heavier than the Mad issue, so I don't know how much it would be to  mail.
